Dada Motors Dealership Review
I walked into Dadas Motors BMW Mafikeng on a very hot day (typical day in the North west province) and I was met by Donald Madzinga who has to be the most enthusiastic, very honest, & car loving salesman who does not just chase a sale.
The dealership is packed with amazing vehicles, and you would think that being located in Mafikeng they would not have much variety but this is far from the case, I walked in and I was met with the 2019 BMW X7 30d which was being prepared for delivery, then the 2019 X5 M50d, then the new BMW 330i G20 Series, I mean you probably get my point now, they have everything you could dream of, the service at this dealership is honestly just amazing, they are honestly & care for everyone who walks into the dealership, they do not chase anyone away and will gladly organise test drives, viewings etc whenever you
are there, EVEN if you do not want to buy anything and you are just a motoring enthusiast like myself (just take your license).
The dealership has made sure that they employ Friendly, honest and sales people who do not just a chase a sale but people who know the type of cars they are selling, they are involved from inception to after sales service once you have purchase your machine, I have been to a lot of dealerships where salespeople will just hound you into the typical "lets start your finance and see what you qualify for" without actually finding out what you want, what you are looking for or if you just really want to have a look for future purposes, and honestly I hate salespeople who do that. Dadas BMW Mafikeng is not like that at all, and I think that makes them stand out from the rest, I had an amazing experience at the dealership and would gladly recommend them to anyone, I mean I am based in Cape Town but I do know that I am going to buy my next vehicle at that dealership.
Continue the great work ladies and Gentlemen, a lot of dealerships have a lot to learn from you guys (especially the dealerships in the big Metropolitan cities who have the "you are not the only customer" mentality).
